Do not use the same mistake I did Newsletter! Part 2 – Technical
Technical components to create e-mail newsletter (or ezine) is extremely important and should be studied before the travel newsletter. At the risk of scaring you if you make too many errors, your site will be blacklisted!
I suggest using a web based service to send your newsletter – you can save many hours and prevent many problems in this way. For example, perhaps your ISP has strict restrictions onhow many emails you can send and do not allow to use their service for the promotion of their business. When I started my newsletter, I use Yahoo mail with the outside world – about five years ago. At that time gave only 50 hours by e-mail, yes, has a couple of hours every time I sent a newsletter, but send out!

If you only plan to stay in touch, especially if you're not very computer-savvy, you will have a service based on good customer service and training available to choose from. Whether more or less technical knowledge, the software must be easy to use. Many services offer a free 30 day trial.

If you plan to list the time to grow, and plan to use products or other passive income from selling, I would recommend you use a double opt-in "Service from the Start. This means that subscriber or registered ensure that a subscriber receives an email that they want to check or confirm the subscription. They obviously can not givetime.
If you build your list and then switch to a double opt-in later, much, and I think many of your subscribers who do not follow you into a new service. (This happened to me, unfortunately.)
As we all know, spam is a big problem out of control. All the ISPs and other Internet services have been added regulations and policies to combat spam. Unfortunately, some policies and limits damage to legitimate business people like us who delivers. ISPs often provide their services through the markettalking about how their strict anti-spam filters. Many individuals and companies that filters are very high, the filter on our newsletter. These filters often look for attachments (Note: Do not use attachments to everyone, always, in your newsletter) and some words.
Sign-up for other similar companies to see what they do. If you see words like fr * ee and Mon * EY with a foreign character in the middle of the floor, or obviousmistake is made for spam to deceive.
